While we wait for that blessed day, in the meantime, there are one-month birthday cupcakes to enjoy. These were chocolate with cream cheese/chocolate chip centers. Not so good without frosting. With the frosting, delicious. Although, the Husband really prefers a fluffy cupcake and these were pretty dense. Almost muffin-dense. Sorry no pics of the inside. We got interrupted mid-celebration by some projectile spit-up.
Apparently, reaching one month of age inspires one to try out new sleeping positions...
And allows one to reach the enjoying-the-sling milestone. Yay! So happy to finally get my butt off the couch and be able to do at least some things around the house. The Husband even managed to vacuum yesterday with her in the sling. It put her to sleep.

I have definitely heard that the vacuum puts babies to sleep...in fact, I think my mother used to actually run the vacuum purely to get my one sister to fall asleep. She'd just put E. in her crib and plug in the vacuum. Use it, wise Grasshopper!
I find it almost impossible to believe that she is ALREADY a month old. DANG!
The vacuum, washing machine, and dishwasher were also our best friends while putting J to sleep in the sling. Doesn't it feel good to move around? Happy 1 month birthday!
I so wanted to call on her one month b.day but work was sooooo insane I did not know my own name. Where has the time gone !!!! She is beautiful, I love the cheeks. I know with S & M anything electronic that made noise was on when then went to bed, my mom said it was better for then to be able to sleep with noise. it seemed to work. All breast feeding mom's understand your feelings of when do I sleep, I'm glad to hear all 3 are doing well and D is feeling better. Love and miss you all M
