Who Knew?

So, I'm trying this new-fangled thing--it's not a fad diet, I swear--where I go to bed in time to get at least seven hours of sleep, and, also, you have to exercise a few times per week. I've only been doing it for a few days now, but it's really working already! I only had one cup of coffee today and it never even occurred to me to sleep during the Papoose's nap. It's after 7 and I've picked up the house and helped the Husband put the Papoose to bed. And my brain is functioning at a level that allows it to string words together to form, you know, a thought.

Science is crazy, I tell ya.

I'm laughing that your "diet" is sleep and exercise and you felt the need to qualify that it's not a fad diet :) :)

I laugh now, but you are required to remind me of this diet in about 6 months when I'm a crazy person from not getting enough sleep!

Yeah, well after that crazy portion-control thing turned out to be such a scam, I thought I'd better throw that disclaimer out there.

That makes so much SENSE. I really need to try that. I'm serious. I KNOW my alarm goes off at 5:45 every day, yet I often manage to go to sleep around 11 or later. WHY?

Oh, wacky science. What will you think of next?

What portion control scam? Are you being facetious? I didn't get enough sleep last night, so I can't tell.

Yes, very much with the facetiousness-osity.
