No pictures. Haven't taken any. No complete sentences. Only this:
Whining on and on
Baby plots with cats and dog
Torture is an art
They're trying to kill me slowly, I swear. The whining is incessant with no apparent cause. The solution is apparent:
"Hold me! No, like, all the time. Yes, I'm serious. I don't care if you need to go to the bathroom. I don't care that you need to wash the dishes from breakfast. I don't care that I'm crying because I slipped on the books that I threw on the floor and won't stop whining long enough for you to pick them up. HOLD ME NOW AND DO SOMETHING INTERESTING THE WHOLE TIME!!! And don't think you can pacify me with the television, even with milk, binky, and your lap. It didn't work the last three times you tried it and it won't work now either. Everything is wrong and I demand you fix it! NOW!!! And, no, Papa is not an acceptable substitute. For anything. Ever."

Hahaha - oh, you poor thing!
While I know the whining sucks, I think this is one of those times you can be happy she's not talking. Just imagine all that whining combined with, "Mommy, Mommy, Mommy" or even worse, "You're not doing this right. I want to do something else, or I don't like that, I don't like that either. Or that. Or that." (which in case you couldn't tell, is what I've got.) Not sure what's in the air, but everyone I have talked to has a cranky toddler today.
sorry, sweets. that totally blows. maybe we can get the girls out tomorrow.
Maybe it's the weather change...? I assume this is why some parents turn to DVDs to save their sanity...or playpens. Is this true?
This weekend we saw "Get Smart" (funnier than I'd expected!) and in one scene while Maxwell Smart goes flying by in traffic, a boy in the car next to him says, "Mom! Mom! Mom! Mom!" in rapid succession to point this craziness out and she replies, "Sean! Sean! Sean! Sean! See how annoying that is??" while refusing to look around. Does that sound about right, Strongmama?
Just breathe....xo, can't help but feel like you laughed a bit while writing, even if it was an "I'm exhausted, are you kidding me, kind of chuckle" take what you can get!
